Helping workers in Asia-Pacific benefit from AI’s potential
The AVPN AI Opportunity Fund: Asia Pacific, with support from Google.org and Asian Development Bank (ADB) supports Asia Pacific workers with AI skills training. In Vietnam, AI Education, Google's authorized partner, leads the implementation, aiming to train 72,000 workers in AI fundamentals. The program is based on Google-designed AI courses and taught by Google-certified instructors.

With support from the AI Opportunity Fund, AI Education provides selected local training providers with tailored AI training. This initiative equips underserved workers—those most affected by workforce changes driven by AI—with the knowledge and tools necessary for long-term professional success.
About Project
The AVPN AI Opportunity Fund: Asia Pacific, with support from Google.org and Asian Development Bank (ADB) aimed at supporting workers in the Asia-Pacific region by providing access to AI skills training. The project is coordinated and implemented by AVPN in the region.
In Vietnam, AI Education, the fully authorized partner of Google for Education, is the strategic partner responsible for implementing the project. It aims to equip 72,000 workers with fundamental knowledge and skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), preparing them for the future and increasing their opportunities in a rapidly evolving economy.
